Topic

Stimulation of basalganglia neurons in-vitro

Approach

To investigate neuronal in vitronetworks with an approach combining multi-electrodearrays (MEA) and the patch-clamp techniqueto widen our knowledge on thecellular mechanisms of deep brain stimulation.
